Privacy policy

This policy explains what Sodzo International collects through sodzointernational.org and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you sign up or send us a message. Our forms ask for your name and email address, and you can add a message and choose what you’d like to hear about. We keep this in our records, which we manage in Salesforce. We send our newsletter with Mailchimp.
• When you give. Donations are made through Zeffy, which processes your payment and shares the details of your gift with us. We never see your full card number. Zeffy’s own privacy policy covers what it collects.

How we use it

We use your information to send the updates you asked for, answer your messages, plan trips and volunteering with you, and thank you for your gifts and send your receipts.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and our work: Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zeffy, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. We may also share it if the law requires us to.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.
• Ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@sodzointernational.org.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
